Carol Scott
Co-Founder | NPQH, MA, BA (Hons), PGCE, Cert Ed

Carol has held many leadership and management positions in all phases of education. She brings a wealth of expertise and skills in school improvement initiatives, school start-ups, education reform projects and teacher professional development. Her work has taken her to Nigeria, Malaysia, Qatar, and China. She is the author of Turn Your Teaching Around Today! To be published in April 2024.

Lyndel Christensen
Co-Founder and Director of Operations | MBA, BTchg

Lyndel has extensive knowledge and experience in international education, both in the public and private sectors from K12 to higher education. She brings a wealth of unraveled knowledge working in HR, senior leadership, NGO initiatives, education reform and start-ups projects. Lyndel has worked in Qatar, Malaysia, UAE, Thailand, Fiji and New Zealand.

Malcolm McDonald
Training Consultant | B.Ed, CELTA

Malcolm’s career began in Brisbane, Australia with over 30 years of experience. Key strengths include training and facilitating teachers for continuous professional development, senior leadership, quality assurance and conflict resolution. Malcolm has worked in Australia, the UAE, Qatar, New Zealand and Malaysia in both private and government sectors from new entrants to pre-university studies.

Linda Potticary
Training Consultant | MA (Ed), PGCE Secondary, BSc (Hons)

Linda has held many leadership and management positions in both primary and secondary schools. Her unique career path encompasses specialisms from GCSEs to the International Baccalaureate in Physics and Biology. She is a specialist in governance and safeguarding. Linda has worked in many coaching, mentoring and leadership roles in the UK, Spain, Egypt, Nigeria, Botswana, Kenya and Sudan.


We have a team of highly motivated education professionals that work alongside us to ensure we keep our word and deliver the goods. Our consultants play a key role in helping to facilitate CPD workshops, support administration and management, conduct research on initiatives and projects, develop LLG training material and resources.
